Here's a list of the most common questions we get.
Can my recruit order these items?
Recruits cannot order ANY of the photo products sold online and vice versa. They can order a portrait package of the dress photo, platoon photos, etc. They can also order videos but most of them do not, and they come in different formats, like a DVD. But they cannot order camo photo packages or anything else sold online.
You are more than welcome to wait and see what your recruit ordered before ordering, but please do NOT write and tell your recruit to NOT order something, that could cause problems for us and they will miss out on great products and a special gif for family members. You will not have any duplicate orders!
How long will it take to get my order?
The photo USB ships or emails on graduation day.
Videos ship/email 6 weeks after graduation. If it has been longer than 8 weeks call the office and they can help - 951-240-5538 - Mon - Fri 9AM to 4PM PACIFIC time
Photo Items
Recruits don't have portraits taken until roughly 30 days into training. We then have to edit them before printing. After that period, photo items typically ship out within 3 weeks of your order.
Family Day and Graduation Products
Family Day and Graduation items like t-shirt, banners, etc., will definitely arrive before graduation IF THEY ARE ORDERED AT LEAST 3 WEEKS BEFORE GRADUATION. They typically arrive about 1 week before graduation.
Do you ship overseas?
No, we do not ship overseas or to Puerto Rico. If you need shipping to PR call the office to order - 951-240-5538
