Recruits cannot order ANY of the photo products sold online and vice versa. They can order a portrait package of the dress photo, platoon photos, etc. They can also order videos but most of them do not, and they come in different formats, like a DVD. But they cannot order camo photo packages or anything else sold online.

You are more than welcome to wait and see what your recruit ordered before ordering, but please do NOT write and tell your recruit to NOT order something, that could cause problems for us and they will miss out on great products and a special gif for family members. You will not have any duplicate orders!

The photo USB ships roughly 6 weeks after graduation, the download version typically comes around that same time. If it has been longer than 8 weeks call the office and they can help - 951-240-5538 - Mon - Fri 9AM to 4PM PACIFIC time.
