Can my recruit order these items?
Recruits cannot order ANY of the photo products sold online and vice versa. They can order a different portrait package than sold online of the dress photo, yearbooks, etc. They can also order videos but most of them do not, and they come in different formats, like a DVD. But they cannot order camo photo packages or anything else sold online.
You are more than welcome to wait and see what your recruit ordered before ordering, but please do NOT write and tell your recruit to NOT order something, that could cause problems for us and they will miss out on great products and a special gif for family members. You will not have any duplicate orders!
Do you ship overseas?
No, we do not ship overseas or to Puerto Rico. If you need shipping to PR call the office to order - 951-240-5538
How long will it take to get my orders?
The photo USB ships roughly 6 weeks after graduation, the download version typically comes around that same time.
